This form can be used as a type of narrative release, which is a way to let go of your intense feelings. You can remain completely anonymous and not enter your name and email address, or you can have your written responses sent to yourself, to Rocksteady Life, or both. There are no right or wrong answers – just write what comes to you in the moment and allow yourself to process your feelings. If any of the prompts trigger an intense response or buried trauma, please reach out to your support network and process these emotions in a safe place. Again, you do not have to respond to all of the prompts; they are simply there if you need them.
